Studio Guidelines

Welcome to UnCommon Studios, a full-service production studio located in the heart of Wynwood, Miami. Whether you’re filming a commercial, social media content, recording a podcast, or looking for a beautiful loft-style photography studio  we’ve got the perfect setup to bring your vision to life.

Booking Options

1. Studio Rental Only
Full access to the space and stations. Equipment, videographer, and lighting are not included, please bring your own.
$149 per hour (2-hour minimum required)

2. Studio + Video Crew (Full Production Package)
Includes one professional videographer, 3 professional cameras, full lighting setup, stands, and audio gear.
$279 per hour (2-hour minimum required)

3. Equipment Add-Ons
Lights, camera and equipment available for rent at a flat fee.

Studio Policies

1. Booking & Payments
All studio bookings must be paid in full to confirm your reservation. Your payment secures your selected time and date.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are treated as non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the booking may be accommodated based on studio availability. Requests made within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.

4. Studio Time & Overage
Your booking begins and ends at the scheduled time. Please arrive on time, set-up and breakdown must be completed within your reserved time. Any overtime is billed at the standard hourly rate and subject to availability.

5. Footage Delivery & Storage
All footage captured during your session will be delivered within 24–48 hours after your booking.
UnCommon Studios retains copies of your footage for up to 30 days after delivery. After this period, all files are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please ensure you download and securely store all files within that time frame.

6. Conduct & Property Care
Clients are responsible for maintaining studio cleanliness and treating all equipment and furniture with care. Any damage may result in additional charges.
